• The event dates are Sept 2-5, 2026.
• Pre-registration is now closed. Any remaining spaces will be available at the event on a first come first served basis. Please visit the check in table when you arrive to purchase a space.
• Each reserved parking space includes 1 pilot fee and 1 dinner Saturday night. If you need to purchase additional Pilot fee(s) or additional dinner(s), you can do so when you arrive at the event.
• The parking space is reserved for you for all of the event dates (even if you are not coming for all the days).
• If you want to attend the event and NOT park on the flightline or in an RV space, you will just pay a pilot fee when you arrive at the event. The Pilot Fee for the event is $50.
• Note that all payments are final and will not be refunded unless the entire event is cancelled.
